French Connection[]
Easy and boozy. Equal parts Cognac and Amaretto. Serve neat or on the rocks. Like a liquid box of chocolates.
Sidecar[]
Fill a shaker with ice. Equal parts Cognac and Cointreau (or Triple Sec). Squeeze a lemon and add the juice. Shake, strain and enjoy.
Gin and tonic[]
Pssh! Barely a cocktail at all, you say! Well, you clearly haven't had a bad G&T. The secret is expensive tonic, not high-class gin. Use only high-quality brand name tonic, from cans or a single-serve glass bottle. Recommended gin: Kyrö
